Anthropic and Palantir partner to deliver Claude on AWS GovCloud for U.S. defense and intelligence
Anthropic, Palantir, and AWS announced a partnership making Claude available on Palantir's Impact Level 6 (IL6) accredited environment running on AWS GovCloud, for use by U.S. defense and intelligence customers. IL6 is the second-highest DoD security classification for non-Top-Secret workloads. The deal is one of the first instances of a frontier-lab model deployed inside a classified-tier government environment, and a template for hyperscaler-plus-software-integrator-plus-model-vendor government deployments.
