Plain-language overview of what Anteroom stores, why, and what we do not do with it. Last updated 2026-05-24.

What we store

When you submit a launch profile, Anteroom saves the inputs you provided (use case, jurisdictions, data subjects, foundation model, deployment context, free-text description) together with the classifier output and the analysis generated for that profile. Each saved profile gets a short share link. Anyone with the link can view the saved analysis.

If you opt in to launch updates, we additionally store your email address tied to that specific saved profile so we can email you when laws material to that launch shift. We may also occasionally send product updates that are relevant to legal teams working on AI launches. We do not share your email with anyone outside Anteroom. One-click unsubscribe is in every email we send.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
  • We do not require you to create an account or log in to use the wizard.
  • We do not use your saved analyses to train the models we call. Anthropic and OpenAI customer data is governed by their own terms.
  • We do not store payment information. Anteroom is free.

How long we keep things

Anonymous launch profiles and their generated documents are retained for at most 12 months. Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Third parties

We use Anthropic for classification and document generation, OpenAI for cross-checking certain outputs, Supabase for database storage, Vercel for hosting, and Railway for the signals harvester. Each of those vendors has its own privacy posture; we send only the data needed to run the relevant function.

Your rights

If you would like a saved analysis removed, or your email unsubscribed from updates, email hello@anteroom.so with the share link or the email address. We will action it within 14 days.
